How We Work

At N-Able Services, we endeavour to keep the referral process as simple as possible and ensure the client is able to exercise choice over their Case Manager.
  1. You send an initial enquiry to referrals@nableservices.co.uk with the client’s injury, location and any relevant case outline details, as well as any relevant supporting information. 
  2. We will provide CVs of Case Managers best suited to the case for your consideration and contact you to discuss, as well as providing a quotation for services.
  3. Once you have reviewed the CVs, simply let us know if you are happy to proceed and we will arrange a Meet and Greet between the Client and the Case Manager 
  4. We complete the Meet and Greet, free of charge (depending on distance a charge for travel time may be incurred)
  5. Once the client is happy to work with us, we will provide our terms of business and complete the relevant assessment within an agreed timeframe, returning the full report and recommendations to you as early as possible.

Putting Clients First

To ensure the client receives the best possible service, we always send two of our Case Managers to the Initial Assessment at no additional cost. We expertly and efficiently complete the report and recommendations to ensure there is no undue delay in proceeding with the required Case Management. Once you are happy, the named Case Manager proceeds to undertake the recommendations set out, keeping the client, referrer and all relevant parties informed each step of the way. We provide regular reports and can arrange for our file to be provided to you on an ongoing basis, to ensure full transparency. Our team approach ensures Clients are never without support. 

We liaise with all treating practitioners and care providers involved with the Client to ensure any ongoing input is appropriate and geared towards maximum outcome for the Client. Where gaps exist, we coordinate with statutory and private services to ensure these gaps are closed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to the Client. We oversee all aspects of the Client’s care and treatment throughout the process, providing one seamless link for the Client and referrer.
