N-Able Services firmly believe in putting our Clients at the centre of everything we do. We understand that every person is different and we therefore need to take an individual approach to each Client. We exist to Improve Lives and Build Futures, and want to work alongside you to make that happen.
How We Can Help
- Specialist Adult Team and Specialist Children and Young People Team
- In-depth, bespoke assessment of your needs
- Detailed reports and recommendations which reflect your views
- Arrange, manage and recruitment of care and support staff
- Full coordination of all treatment and rehabilitation services
- Equipment prescription and provision
- Detailed goal plans with regular review
- Detailed risk assessments
- We liaise directly with your legal team (where appropriate)
- Close liaison with the Financial Deputy appointed through the Court of Protection or your Trustees (where appropriate)
- All our Case Managers are based locally, with great knowledge of local services
- Full coordination of the Multi-Disciplinary Team
Our Team
N-Able Services place a heavy emphasis on the type of person we recruit across the team, with a focus on commitment to our Clients. We have Clients who have been with us from the very start and many others that have been with us for several years, which is testament to the work we do and importance we place on building positive, collaborative relationships with our Clients and their families. Other people may only need our input for a short period in their lives, to help them project manage certain aspects or to assist them along the journey.
At N-Able Services, we take a multi-disciplinary approach with Occupational Therapists, Nurses and Social Workers among our in-house team, as well as having direct access to a large network of other professionals, including Medical Consultants, Neuropsychologists and Physiotherapists. Our approach very much sees the Client and their family as an integral part of the team and we involve them fully in the decision-making process. We pride ourselves on our open and honest communication with our Clients, ensuring they are informed every step of the way.
